Download: ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4

My Anti-Virus software of choice is NOD32 from ESET.
This anti-virus software is fast, light, and shockingly accurate.
The only problem is, it isn't free.

But I will show you how to get it for free.

1. First, before you can even download or install this software, you need a username and password from ESET. This is how they make sure people who paid for the software are able to do updates. There are a few sites online right now that, by unknown means, manage to get a hold of fully valid usernames and password for ESET software. So, what you need to do is to go to one of these said sites and get a copy of a username and password for ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus.
There is one site I go to all the time, http://www.nod321.com. They are pretty reliable, lately, I have been having problems with the accounts they've posted, but just try one at a time untill one works, and there is alway at least one that will work (trust me).

2. Once you have a user name and password, or a bunch of usernames and passwords to try out, cut and paste them into notepad. This just makes it easier to test a few of them one by one. Go ahead to the download page on http://www.eset.com. Here's a direct link:

3. Go ahead and download ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4. Don't download the security suite, I think it sucks anyway, but it's your choice.

4. When you click on the link to download the software, it will ask you for a username and password. This is where you have to enter the info you got earlier. Copy and paste one username and password into the dialog and then hit [OK]. If the login box pops back up, them the username and password you entered may not be good. Try again with the same info, if it still doesn't work, the user/pass your using is probably been banned, try another one.

5. Once you get one that works, keep it. This is the one you're gonna use to install the software. You need a valid username and password to do updates.

6. Download the program and run it to install, just follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation. When the installer asks you for a password and username, enter the one you used to download the installer.

7. Follow the rest of the prompts, and you're done.
